Current- Handling a team of ambassadors/engineers providing Office 365 Admin Support to customers globally.
- Assisting team in providing Office 365 Admin Support in issues related to Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams and Office Applications.
- Performing technology specific training in the team related to common issues and troubleshooting steps to be performed.
- Assisting team members in providing phone, e-mail and chat support for customers across the globe for businesses of all sizes.
- Provide technical support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Exchange Online, Active Directory Synchronization (DirSync / AD Connect), Hybrid Configuration, PowerShell, DNS Management (MX, TXT, CNAME.
- Helping team members with escalated cases, providing support to customers, and helping admins resolve Office 365 related issues in their organization.
