   Plan & Schedule the Rolling sequence for Tube Mills (Makes Cold drawn Welded tubes & Electric Resistance Welded tubes for automotive sectors) & downstream equipments(Heat treatment,Draw Benches,Straightening M/C,ECT,Pressure testing) based on Customer Order load, Plant Capacity & RM projection so as to fulfill the customer expectation & demand in time(Using PlanVisage Scheduler software tool) Prepare, monitor & execute Monthly packing plan derived from Tube Mill Rolling sequence to achieve the targeted OTIF by coordinating with allied departments Generate MIS for analyzing Customer’s forecast demand & stock in factory by team up with S&OP function to make sure that the Customer line won’t get affected Maintaining the quality and quantity according to the customer’s requirement by monitoring the production and also ensure that Customer priorities are met timely Prepare raw material requirement to purchase team based on Order load & demand forecasting Monitoring Optimal inventory levels through ERP-ORACLE software wherein ensuring the inventory should not be beyond the budget on daily basis Taking care of execution process of the order till the products are dispatched Adherence to FIFO,5S in order to make the workflow effectively
