I have great passion to help people, and I’ve always focused on customers first. I spent my early banking career in customer service, where I learnt banking processes, instruments and products, while providing that much-needed human touch, in this growing digital banking ecosystem. With that experience I went on to study FinTech trends, match FinTech solutions to customer pain points, and create value in strategic ecosystem partnerships. Now I strive to optimise and digitise bank processes, to provide better journeys for both the customers and the bank employees. Also took up yoga last year and really enjoying the process so far.
