As Business Developer, I’m primarily focused on pre-sales and solutioning for large-scale cloud deliveries. I work with our sales and solutioning teams during RFI and RFP/bid phases to help translate Tieto's product and service portfolio into meaningful business value for new and potential customers. My tasks include proposal and contract development, customer presentations and negotiations. My main areas are within governance (collaboration, steering, strategy and service integration) as well as application management and operations. As Quality Lead, I’m responsible for overall quality on projects and deliveries, mapping out challenge areas and improvement strategies and processes. My primary focus is on cloud, governance, service level management and contract administration.

As Delivery Manager my areas of responsibility included transition and on-boarding of Tieto’s customers into the Cloud, and into the Tieto ITSM ecosystem based on ServiceNow. I worked both internally with an international team and externally with the customer to manage several aspects of our deliveries, such as governance, ITSM, and application management.

At Software Innovation I held several positions in the Professional Services consultancy department. I was initially responsible for deploying case and document management software to a wide range of public and private organizations. During this period, I was also technical project manager for two large SaaS / private cloud platforms. I later transitioned to the role of Technical Manager in 2015. My responsibilities included deputy department manager for the deployment consultants, pre-sales architecture for large public and private tenders, bids and RFPs as part of a larger sales team, as well as general technical advisory related to enterprise content management and cloud / SaaS solutions. As pre-sales architect, my main tasks included proposal and contract development (on-prem & cloud architecture), customer presentations, and contract negotiations.
