- Obtaining authorisations and execute payment runs and manual payments- Administration of rejections and queries- Bank postings and bank reconciliation- Manage and reconcile interim accounts- Purchase to Pay (Payables)- Set up and maintain vendor master data- Follow Purchase to Pay authorisation procedures and progress workflow through to payment of invoices- Order to Cash (Receivables)- Set up and maintain customer master data- Obtain credit references for new customers and update existing credit limits- Enter sales order and changes to orders on SAP- Manage invoicing according to project milestones - Execute credit control and dunning procedures- OTC reporting as requested

- Managing the sales team in the store, authorise transactions, consistently achieving the KPI targets given to the store - Stock Management - booking in stock, booking out stock (repairs and return)- Invoice batching - checking daily transactions, the daily report, making sure there are no mismatches in the receipts and the contracts.- Bank reconciliation, making sure that till float is correct, record the banking on the system and transferring the cash in the safe- Organising staff Rota, ensuring weekends and overtime are fairly rotated amongst the team
