• Responsible for managing monthly S&OP cycle on developing more accurate long term forecast on monthly basis• Consolidate accurate production forecast for all categories.• Coordinate between sales, marketing, production planning and logistics departments in order to meet the demand on time in full• Providing overall and by location forecast accuracy reports on monthly basis

• Master data management by using SAP for all materials that are processed at the plant (finished products, packaging materials, raw materials, technical materials, ...)• Managing Product Life Cycle processes and procedures for sales and production departments• Defining new materials to the system and creating SAP codes• Solving master data problems• Controlling SKU growth rate• Responsible for the projects related to Master Data

• Preparing long and short term plans according to sales forecast and customer orders take into consideration labor, machinery and productivity constraints.• Planning of material requirements. Evaluating MRP results and opening purchase orders through SAP.• Informing the suppliers about the amount of material needs that is included in the delivery plans, ensuring timely arrival and organizing the production plan of the suppliers in indispensable cases.• Considering the yearly and monthly demand and machinery capacity, calculating labor needs and reporting of constraints and measures to be taken.• Analysing and managing the finished goods and raw materials stocks according to the inventory models, aiming to reach the target level of inventory.• Responsible of the complete filling of material master data in SAP.• Working collaboratively with Marketing department during re-launch periods.

• Determining the optimal inventory levels for all stages of the supply chain• Optimizing multi-echelon safety stocks for each production and distribution centre worldwide.• Determining inventory days target for all organizations• Monitoring and reporting of indicators related to inventory planning.
