As an Onboarding and Recruiting Coordinator with our People Practices team, I’m deeply passionate about creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone can thrive. I wear multiple hats: mobility coordinator, expense champion, wellness advocate, and ERG leadership team member for our mental well-being community. DEI is central to my work, as I believe fostering belonging and prioritizing mental wellness are essential for a supportive workplace.Driven by connection, I strive to help others feel seen, valued, and empowered. Known for my creativity, inquisitiveness, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills, I streamline processes, enhance onboarding experiences, and engage in meaningful team initiatives. Currently, I’m enhancing my skills at UCSD Extended Studies, pursuing a Human Resources Management certificate to deepen my impact.
