After several years in QA roles at Rank, I moved on to performing a combined role of product ownership, business analysis and delivery management, mainly for Mecca& Grosvenor brands mobile applications. I managed the product backlog, was supporting with requirements analysis on the product initiatives and worked very closely with the Product and Delivery Managers, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of those initiatives through to live releases. Responsibilities:- Break down initiatives into meaningful epics, working closely with design teams to facilitate solutions, attending agile ceremonies and supporting development teams within the squad, - Update and communicate to various stakeholders at all levels on the initiatives, including delivery timelines, by taking steer from senior stakeholders and Product Managers where needed- Work alongside Product Managers and stakeholders to shape and agree the apps roadmap - Ensure the compliance of responsible gaming protocols- Manage squad product backlogs in line with the Product Managers vision to drive the product forward by planning, communicating and executing according to discovery findings and the roadmap; - Lead collaboration with squad members and subject matter experts to refine user stories;- Work with other product owners to identify, manage and remove dependencies;- Produce release plans and communications, run product demonstrations and training on product features to relevant teams.

Having built a strong product knowledge in Rank, I was further responsible for coordinating the QA for website and apps releases, as well as for some standalone projects integrating 3rd party products. Other projects included over-viewing and monitoring external crowd testing for various streams, and supporting a site cutting over to a new front-end solution by leading internal business acceptance testing and working with various teams to ensure a smooth transition for both internal and end-users.
