The Competence department supervises the Production recruitment processes and provides on-the-job training for newcomers. Its responsibilities also include:• Developing Production applications together with Development department; • Updating ISO procedures & Six Sigma management together with quality department; • Offering support for implementing procedures; • Assuring support for all types of studies; • If needed, helping to solve conflicts with internal clients; • Offering support and advice for emergency&escalated matters related to Production.

My responsibilities as a Project Manager are developing strong working relationships with the client and key internal customers in order to successfully execute projects. This is done by collaborating with members of several operational teams and account management to ensure that the project objectives are understood by the team and are successfully delivered. • Manage all aspects of sample management, survey programming, data collection and data management for assigned research studies while upholding the company’s standard of quality assurance through project lifecycle including all deliverables and communications. Project types are variable in size, length and complexity.• Manage new product development/implementation project, internal infrastructure and/or external customer facing projects, with specific emphasis on solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within a predefined revenue/cost plan and to the customer’s specification, using project management methodology and company standard processes.• Manage multiple projects, therefore a high degree of own time management.• Create procedures for internal and external usage, in order to assure a better understanding of the process▪ Leadership (currently responsible of a team of 10 people) – technical support, project assignment▪ Trainer newcomers, over 20 new employees during the last 5 years
