Excels in guiding teams through complex projects by identifying goals and advising on implications.PERSONAL NOTE________________In 2017 I worked for the Jericho Foundation on their digital marketing. This allowed me to learn the administrative and infrastructure of the foundation. In 2019 I participated in my first leadership seminar in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is when I first met all the students and knew my life would be forever changed. Since then I have returned twice a year to BiH to help run the spring and fall leadership seminars. In 2020 I was asked to be on the foundation's board and accepted the Executive Director position in January of 2023. As they say ... the rest is history!
