I pride myself for my innovative thinking and the ability to get the best out of my colleagues. I am performance driven and commercially astute, and for many years have worked within the Business & Commercial Banking sector. Whilst many of my key skills revolve around business, finance and lending; over the last few years I have expanded into personal projects that have resulted in part owning a tech company which raised $100k in seed funding which i managed as COO and a further project in Steel helping set up the end to end business operations I can operate, lead and manage a team of high driven professionals by leading by example and nurturing talent within the team. I am confident, able to adapt and embrace change, and understand how a business operates from C Level down. I have a strong operational financial background, in depth understanding of modern technologies used to help automate high growth businesses and have a strong understanding of data rooms and fundraising in the SME market and above, as well as fundraising instruments (and an extensive network of HNW/Funds)
