Being an EX Leader, I’m passionate about all things experience management with a personal desire to strengthen the emotional connections people have with their work. Through my background in marketing and advertising I have used these skills to nurture and create workplace advocacy amongst peers and their employers, to build on (and create) employee brand frameworks driving success towards recognition as an employer of choice to create environments where individuals thrive and flourish resulting in high levels of engagement and productivity creating outputs that meet and exceed organisational objectives.With my experience in design thinking and agile methodology, I actively facilitate and run workshops for projects from early discovery stages, to test and design and implementation stages. All of which allow working groups to progress in a collaborative manner and achieve desired outcomes.Being a change activator, I believe we must be continually advancing and moving forward in order to be relevant within the disruptive world we now live in. By working with people leaders and internal teams I’ve been able to successfully inject and imbed this into work practices to drive organisational success.
