EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE LEADERVery much a Team player with a proven track record of OPR improvements with experience of Launching S Type, XF and D7a and Facility moves.Responsible for the Maintenance team to ensure BIW production facilities meet equipment availability and volume build targets at the best quality in a safe working environment for all, whilst seeking ways to reduce costs and improve morale of Team. I also liaise with other Departments to ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People and Environment targets and objectives are met.Ensuring planned maintenance is scheduled and completed on time. Training and Development of the tradesmen to ensure MTTR/MTBF.• Have supervisory duties and knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and Robotics.• Produce continuous improvement plans while continually improving maintenance methods.• Develop as well as implement educational/training plans for maintenance personnel including delivery of technical, safety and process training programs.• Monitor plant, equipment and process operations for correct performance including the buy off of new equipment.• Support production management team to achieve quality and volume targets.
