Responsibilities included maintaining all site facilities including servicing/maintaining all production machinery as well as all general building maintenance and creating and controlling assets lists. Creating maintenance programs daily/weekly/monthly/annually whilst making sure they fitted in with production requirements whilst making sure they fit within lean TPM. Setting up standard work instructions for all TPM activities as well as maintaining the companies 5* award in lean manufacturing as well as ISO 9001 standards. Other duties included liaising with contractors to ensure that all out sourced work were carried out to the exact job specifications and health and safety standards. Working with suppliers to try and reduce lead times on spare parts/ equipment and also negotiating prices for parts and contracts for specialist servicing and building needs such as water coolers etc.

Working via the agency for a company called youngman. Responsible for the construction of ego light road units which Included all stages of construction from chassis to the installation of engines, lights hydraulic mask, wheels and the wiring up of the lights.

Organizing and completing of work reporting faults, liaising with site managers and problem solving as needed.

Responsible for carrying out work from plans and drawings, including working with the environment agencies. Also general landscape duties as required

General landscape duties including work on golf courses

Responsible for the setting and maintenance of injection mold machines.

Responsible for day to day running of food milling machines.

Responsible for the setting and maintenance and running of gasket injection machines for mobile phone components. Also being a shift supervisor for the night shift.
