I believe that this company has solid fundamentals and is positioned within the opportune industry of homebuilding. I believe that its specialization in land holding is a uniquely defensive section of what is otherwise an arguably cyclical business.

In this position, I manage the marketing division of CC LLC, a company that hosts events and facilitates collaboration between artists in various disciplines. My job at this organization primarily involves the advancement of CC's digital marketing campaigns. In addition to this, due to my previous experience in operating online businesses, I regularly assist with a variety of executive related tasks within the company.

This company is the product of a merger between the lithium producers Livent and Allkem. Though the lithium market at the time of writing this has been depressed in its market cycle, arguably due to an increased supply provided by new mining operations such as those in Argentina, I still believe that this merged entity possesses solid fundamentals and a superior economy of scale which makes this merged entity competitively superior to either Livent or Allkem alone.

I became interested in Palantir several years ago due to its unique positioning as a cybersecurity/analytics software provider for governments. While I do believe that the heavily increased valuation of this stock due to its association with AI has made it an arguably overrated position at the time of writing this, I genuinely believe in the long term potential for this company to produce returns, specifically via government contracts, which I would argue makes Palantir less cyclical than many other software or AI companies. I should also note that the leadership of Palantir has demonstrated in the past that they are highly competent in building successful technology companies.

While visiting Kazakhstan, I observed that Geely's Zeekr automobiles had gained intense popularity in the Kazakh domestic car market, due to their competitive cost, performance, and style. Though investing in Chinese EV companies has been in style for quite awhile now, I believe that Geely's aggressive expansion into Kazakhstan and other countries as a part of China's Belt-And-Road Initiative presents an under-explored opportunity to investors that has likely not been explored in the US, which largely discourages/prevents Chinese EV's from being imported. As a result, my belief is that the bulk of the US investing community is ignorant to the importance of the growing Chinese automobile industry and its competitive advantage against existing multinational carmakers.

I believe that this company is undervalued due to the fact that it has a highly attractive solid balance sheet and income statement. This undervaluation is likely due to the state of the overall Chinese stock market combined with the fact that Daqo is a relatively small company that is consequently subject to more volatility and underreporting.

I invested in this company because they appear to be diligently positioned in terms of their fundamentals within the United States uranium mining market. Given the worldwide pivot towards combating climate-change, nuclear power is a relatively underrated source of energy that will require an increased allocation of resources in the near-future. It should be noted that nuclear energy has gained the stereotype of being dangerous, particularly due to past disasters with nuclear plants. Despite this being the case, though, the energy efficiency of nuclear fission is an underutilized option that I believe will be critical and increasingly adopted in the US with the purpose of diverting from fossil fuels. Having reviewed the balance sheets and annual reports of all major American uranium suppliers, I believe that this company is positioned for a competitive advantage in its long-term value amongst other market participants.

Given current battery technology and an increased demand for battery metals, Livent seems well positioned to supply the lithium market in the medium-term. Though innovations in battery technology could derail lithium as a resource bottleneck, it seems that lithium will at least for the foreseeable future be in short supply, while batteries become increasingly necessary for critical products such as electric cars. Additionally, Livent’s merger with Allkem creates the potential for the company to enjoy an increased economy of scale, as described by CEO Paul Graves.

In this business, I sold advertisements on Twitter via numerous niche accounts to domain name investors who wanted to liquidate their Ethereum Name Service(.ETH) domain names. The Twitter accounts were built using guerilla marketing methods at a zero-cost basis, and the advertisements were sold via Twitter DM's and recurring post and comment outreach. This business also involved the leveraging of platforms such as OpenSea, ETH.XYZ, Ethereum Name Service, and Metamask in order to facilitate marketing and transactions.
