Those who need you.I am very passionate about what I do, remaining true to one's self, and believe my kaupapa (purpose) lies within this. After a very turbulent 4-5 years exiting the Dairy Industry creating well needed "Change" for myself and family. I am now living in town, and loving life. With a lifetime in NZ Agriculture, and 15 years in large herd Dairy, I have been involved with many industry professionals, farmers and management systems. I have developed excellent operational skills, and proven adaptive team and relationship management skills.I have very strong professional and personal values around farming in a sustainable and responsible way that protects our natural resourses (land, water, air, plants, livestock and most importantly people) for future generations. Our generation has only been loaned these resources, we must return them in better condition than we recieved them.I am passionate about harnessing and influencing an existing teams culture and ensuring people remain "true to who they are". I love to pass on my knowledge, growing and developing young people along the way.Family life is very important to us and with 4 young ones it is also a busy one.
