I have joined forces with Adrian Maher and Ian Lindsay at Aspire Compulsory Purchase, a joint venture with Aspire Development Management, to focus on strategic land acquisition for major regeneration and infrastructure projects and delivering land value capture from associated property development opportunities. I can offer first hand experience of how to set up and lead complex programmes, managing the full range of property risks from inception to completion. I have an in depth knowledge of all aspects compulsory purchase including the consenting processes associated with private bills, transport and works act orders, development consent orders and powers obtained through the planning acts. I have applied this experiance to several large infrastructure projects managing small teams of property professionals implementing the powers including the Jubilee Line extension, East London Line extension, Crossrail, Silvertown Tunnel Croydon Tramlink and Rotherhithe to Canary Wharf Bridge. I also took over management control of the Olympic Land acquisition programme in January 2013 managing claims, the various litigation cases flowing from the acquisitions and budgets.
