    In August 2019 I completed a key transformation program that delivered the next generation customer and staff experience for originations and decisioning across Latitude’s credit card portfolio. As the program manager, I was the delivery leader accountable for the success of the program. The program re-platformed Latitude’s legacy credit card origination solution and delivered a completely new end-to-end platform including new customer and staff experience, APIs, credit & fraud decision engine, workflow engine, cloud data warehouse, cloud infrastructure, dev ops and creation of a persistent BAU team to manage and enhance the platform.In addition to execution of the above, I played a key role in Latitude’s ways of working transformation as this program was the first scaled agile initiative completed at Latitude. I ensured that all team members and key stakeholders participated in agile training and were supported by agile coaches. The program was delivered in 2 years utilising a phased delivery approach that enabled 5 major implementations and 25+ minor implementations. This transformative program has enabled significant growth and operational efficiency and delivered the next generation customer experience whilst simplifying and consolidating technology. The result was a new experience that performs significantly better than the previous platform with dramatic improvement to NPS, application completion rate and conversion rate. The platform has also delivered significant improvement in the number of customers that can use electronic verification methods for identify verification and income verification.
