Head Of New Developments At Exemplar Leasing (Mccormick Property Development)
Current- Responsible for overseeing the leasing and marketing of newly constructed or existing retail developments- Canvasing tenants on site desirability & potential competitive threats- On approval of sites, value engineer, finalise tenant mix and cost- Creating and implementing strategies to attract and retain tenants for the new development properties- Negotiating lease agreements with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders, and ensuring that the agreements are legally compliant and financially favorable to the company- Developing and executing marketing and advertising campaigns to promote the new development properties and attract tenants- Overseeing the budget for leasing and marketing efforts and ensuring that they stay within budget- Maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders, and ensuring that the company's reputation is maintained- Managing and supervising the leasing and marketing teams, and providing guidance and support to ensure that the team is working effectively- Conducting market research to stay informed of current trends, identify new opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition- Continuously seeking out new and innovative ways to improve the leasing and marketing process for new development properties- Providing regular reports to the management team on leasing and marketing performance, and proposing any necessary changes- Handle all Major National negotiations: ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐จ: 15 shopping centres - 260'000sqm leased and opened since 2013
