In my role as a manufacturing chemist I work to improve the chemistry of existing processes, looking to improve efficiency, cost effectiveness and process time amongst other parameters. I also take responsibility for troubleshooting issues with processes. I have developed a number of process improvements that have given between 25% and 200% increase in throughput for multiple processes.

As a development chemist I took sole chemical responsibility for a large long-running project, producing 300T of material annually. My role was to facilitate improvements and troubleshoot the process.

As an R&D Chemist my role is to support the development of both new products and existing products by improving the chemistry and formulations.
