I have a long-established career in property that began 30 years ago and which has culminated in my current role as Land and Sales Director at Highwood. I’m responsible for identifying and securing new land opportunities across the south coast that will transform our region and enhance it for the people who live, work and travel here. My specialisms lie in strategic land and large-scale land assembly that invariably involves complex and challenging schemes. I’m proud to have overseen numerous residential development schemes, which include major housing projects as well as high calibre residential care, retirement and urban regeneration schemes. This portfolio of strategic land experience includes the landmark North Stoneham Park project in Eastleigh that has won multiple industry awards for its design and sensitivity to the historic and ecological landscape. It also represents a vision that took six years of painstaking work to bring to fruition and ensured the Highwood brand has remained a powerful and highly respected force in the region’s property industry.My most significant achievements have invariably been the result of identifying credible potential in often complex parcels of land and fostering close relationships with landowners, authorities and others who share my passion for property.
