Operating as Head of Brand Partnership Sales and reporting to the Director of the Content Studio my job was to oversee the commercial partnership output of over 40 salespeople. I was responsible for developing bespoke brand solutions and managing client relationships throughout the process and surpassed all commercial targets in 2017, 2018 and 2019. This brought in an additional £3.3 million net profit across all brands and platforms.I began my career in media agencies, BLM Media and Starcom. I then moved into creative sales roles at Time Out London and Dennis Publishing. At Dennis Publishing, I was instrumental in managing the Brand Partnership team’s transition from a traditional print publisher to dynamic digital media company, in both the UK and US.     In 2010, Dennis Publishing launched a standalone digital production agency called Adnostic that worked with advertisers, media agencies and third-party publishers to produce bespoke adverts for digital magazines and national newspapers on tablet and mobile. Adnostic won multiple awards including our two-man sales team winning Sales Team of the Year at the British Media Awards. I sold the first ad build that launched the Adnostic business idea and became the Advertising Director responsible for all commercial revenue. I had a responsibility to create trading deal contracts with Agency Groups and an additional remit to encourage clients to utilise their assets and extend their campaigns into digital-out-of-home and new digital desktop formats all created in-house at Dennis Publishing.
