Have worked in general insurance since 1990, always around the broker channelFirst 10 years were in branch locations in Birmingham, Newcastle, Glasgow & Inverness with roles around commercial underwriting, account management and broker facing team management.Then 15 years in central roles in London & Norwich around developing broker propositions, broker distribution and looking after broker software houses for AvivaI left Aviva in 2015 for a new opportunity at Polaris with a focus on ensuring imarket becomes embedded as the commercial e-trading solution in the UK market.I enjoy taking ideas from concept through to implementation and making things happen that will genuinely make a difference to brokers and customers around their insurance experience.That doesn't happen without supporting other people and businesses to come on the journey with you. Thats what gets me out of bed each day
