These products are sold in selected territories by specialist distributors that have the necessary skills and access to the target audiences.Director at Hythe Barn Consulting Limited (part-time)Working with the leadership teams of fast-growing businesses, I have had the opportunity over the last six years to work in industries as diverse as fashion, air conditioning and health care. Until my retirement from BOAL Group in June 2020, I had combined this work with my role as Chief Operating Officer at BOAL Group where I was responsible for developing and delivering BOAL Group’s business strategy to design and manufacture world-class, innovative and sustainable greenhouse systems. The products support and enhance food supply on multiple continents – Europe, North America, South America, Asia and Australia. BOAL is also expert in aluminium extrusion; supplying the greenhouse team, other greenhouse manufacturers and longstanding customers in construction, engineering and transport. I have enjoyed working on projects for BOAL Group, following my retirement from the COO role.Throughout my career I have prided myself on delivering results by recruiting and developing exceptional teams of people who stay with the business for the long term. I’m equally at home generating growth organically or through acquisition, and have successfully integrated new business partners in Germany, the United States and the UK.I work with businesses that have a strong commitment to looking after all of their stakeholders and in particular their people, the local communities and the environment.
