I have worked in the telecom industry since 2007. I started out working for Openreach as a CSE. Then in 2015, I headed up the customer experience team for Dynamic networks in the BT’s Adhara building at innovation Martlesham. After making a success of this, I followed it onto a shift position. I then changed roles and worked on both the incident and event teams within the converged core team (btw).Then in 2017 I changed job roles and became the operations manager for shift 1. I continue my D level role within Adhara, as Dynamic networks 24/7 duty manager.2024, I started a new journey
