I am currently Head of Networks and Physical infrastructure, the role is a direct report into the CIO. Over the past 4 years The London Clinic has been going through a large IT transformation project. My role has been fundamental in the delivery of this project, of which I have implemented and successfully delivered following achievements at The London Clinic:• Designed and implemented 2 new Data Centres.• Surveyed, designed the rolled out of 430 wireless access points Clinic wide.• Remediated 27 campus communications rooms.• Relocated 5 communications rooms.• Re-designed 3 new campus communications rooms, with power, UPS, cooling and the complete fit out.• Designed and implemented over 2000 new network points campus wide.• Designed and implemented a new fibre backbone to connect the whole Campus and DC’s together.• Rolled out and managed all the installation of all new network equipment on the campus and the two Data Centres.• Designed, vendor managed, project-managed and implemented the installation of the new EMC storage equipment.• Designed and rolled out intelligent Power Distribution Units to all IT Communications rom and Data Centres.• Rolled out the emergency red phones across the campus.• I have been the IT representative to the facilities management team.• Designed and project managed the installation of the new ICU and DDU cabling infrastructure.• Designed with stakeholders and the Vendor the new Emergency Bleep system.• Managed the physical installation of the IPTV system.

Employed as a Senior Project Manager, I was contracted in to turn around a negative equity major installation into a successful project. This was a major IT fit out over 18 floors for a large legal company. My roles during this time: • Identify, initiate and manage network synergy projects (across all disciplines) and other key departmental projects.• Develop a clear understanding of project requirements and any contractual obligations.• Identify required resources and work with respective management teams to acquire the specific and relevant skills.• Manage internal stakeholder expectations through clear and timely communications whilst representing the objectives and requirements for successful project delivery.• Facilitate structured and documented project kick-off and update meetings with core team members to identify major milestones, sub-tasks, dependencies and risks.• Proactively identify areas where critical project deadlines may be in jeopardy and facilitate necessary corrective measures and contingency plans to ensure company commitments are met.• Monitor/Control budgeted costs to ensure each project is completed at or below budget.• Continuously assess and drive cost reduction initiatives, ensuring that these can be reported on and presented to Senior Management.• Support the management and development of the client by taking part in business planning and work in liaison with other teams.• Comply with departmental/corporate controls and procedures/standards and all internal control processes.• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as deemed appropriate by the Line Manager.• Carry out End to End Process Management ensuring effective use of all technical resource.• Carry out surveys on the existing infrastructure for enabling works. • Work in conjunction with the client’s capital projects team to fully understand their future requirement.

• Employed as an Operations Manager/ Senior Project manager.• Carrying out Staff appraisals and staff training.• Supplying client’s with project management skills for multi-site rollouts. • Carrying out full site surveys and preparing documentation.• Organizing staff to carry out the installations within the clients premises.• Establish, manage and maintain effective relationships between the client and staff.• Liaising and managing the client’s expectations Quality, Cost and timescale.• Providing financial data on each project and reporting the outcomes to the Director.• Motivation & supervision of up to 20 cabling engineers and 50 Sub-Contractors.• Providing new processes for Datacom to run more economically and smoothly.
