About Simon Burke

Following 13 years at AECOM (formerly Davis Langdon), I formed a new business with two other ex-AECOM Directors, Dalbergia Group. With offices in London, Manchester, Peterborough and Wales we cover the UK advising both property developers (through project and cost management) and property lenders (through due diligence and monitoring).Relationships are my key driver, because when you are having a bad day it is people that make it better.
