Cashier Receptionist
Current• Register patrons for programs and admissions using computerized point-of-sale (POS) system.• Utilize recreation software ActiveNet to facilitate membership sales, service and account management, including but not limited to sales of programs and retail items.• Utilize sale techniques to effectively sell programs, services and memberships• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and requests for assistance or information. • Experience in cash-handling and collecting appropriate fees for recreation programs and services and completing cash out reports and reporting balance.• Process client transactions with speed and accuracy.• Organize work, prioritize tasks in a busy environment, and exercise sound judgement when working independently.• Experience in receiving and process cash credit/debit card system forms of payment from customers according to Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance Standards.• Organize front desk area pertaining to office documents, supplies, hard copy printouts, brochures, promotional material and other related administrative tasks.
