I started recruiting mid to senior level fundraising appointments back in 2007, focusing primarily on supporting charities to grow income from various fundraising disciplines. Whist I have experience of recruiting across the whole spectrum of income streams, I have a particular interest in acquisition focused roles. I joined Peridot because I wanted to work with a group of open and honest people who are committed to excellence and place values at the forefront of the decision making process.I am the Director for Fundraising Appointments, which means I lead on mid to senior level charity fundraising recruitment at Peridot. I try to spend as much time as I can listening, and I like to get to know my clients. It matters to me that they are happy with the service I provide. I also like to ask challenging questions and seek the same transparency from clients that we apply to our recruitment services.Specialties: Non-profit recruitment, executive search, developing acquisition strategies for candidate attraction, consulting on fundraising restructures.
