I identified challenges they were facing with their data structure and presented a situation analysis document that included proposals for how they can be resolved. Following the successful implementation of my proposals, Regional Fundraising Managers are now able to receive real time income within each of 7 hierarchy levels direct from the database. I developed an action plan to enable the implementation of a common relationship management approach for the Major Donor, Corporate, Trust and Community Fundraising teams. This was based on the Moves Management approach with an aim to maximise the Raiser’s Edge prospect functionality. My proposals were presented in an approachable and understandable format to enable users and managers to fully interpret and match the concepts to their role and processes. The approach has now been fully implemented and is in use by the team.My role also included acting as the Work Stream lead for a ‘Systems That Work” project group. Including the results of my initial situation analysis, we were tasked with implementing improvements to all IT solutions used within the Fundraising directorate with an aim to ensure the success of the new strategy implementation. I reviewed, developed and implemented improved bulk data import processes and templates across multiple income streams including Payroll Giving and On-line fundraising pages such as JustGiving. The team was also responsible for the on-going quality and cleanliness of the data as well as the group’s data protection adherence.My RNIB role included the project management of the CRM development strategy program to review and develop the application to meet current and future group strategy objectives. The project achieved significant successes including a full review and improvement schedule of the fundraising group business processes and database structure, the identification and development of new functionality resulting in more efficient user processes, the identification and implementation of a new data analytics solution, Faststats, ensuring a greater understanding of our supporters and campaign selections, the improvement of system performance by up to 90%, the improvement of data quality & standards and the migration of outstanding Fundraising processes to the application.
