From the age of 16 I have been based in and around the IT industry. Moving from a basic training course in 1996 I have progressed to work both in a day to day call centre supporting a customer base of approximately 200 clients including key management contacts, to in-house, remote and on-site installation, configuration and support roles.My experience within IT has improved vastly with 20 years experience in the IT field. My daily role currently consists of but is not limited to telephone, remote and internal hardware and software support where I work with customers systems and Windows networks including administration, configuration and support including LAN/WAN/VPN connectivity. I also assist our engineers on site to give any technical assistance where required.I am a key member of the team and a great asset to any organisation. I can work both independently and as part of a team as required to resolve issues that arise. My experience with Microsoft Products across this time frame ensures I am broad minded and have a spectrum of knowledge in various topics and areas of support.Looking forward I am eager to learn new concepts and adapt where required to gain more and more knowledge to assist me to help people and my employer in the future.
