These findings and solutions were developed into safety strategies, processes, procedures, and training materials (safety) for the RSN.b. Planning and Operational Skills. Years of shipboard operational experiences and commanded a warship, I have planned and executed major naval operations and exercises. Of note, I have led in the design, planning and executions of international maritime security exercises such as the Western Pacific Naval Symposium Multilateral Sea Exercise (WMSX), involving over 800 participants and 10 warships from 10 nations.c. Security Policy Development and Audits. As Head Information Management (Section) in Naval Operations Department, I developed security polices for Capability development (CAPDEV) projects. In addition, I conducted physical security checks and audits to ensure integrity of Operations and Information Security, such as Navy Open House events, National Day Parades and many major foreign operations and exercises. For breaches in security, I was responsible to lead investigations in identifying root causes to prevent future occurrences. d. Project Management and Execution.Assumed key appointments for large-scale events such as SAF50@Istana and the RSN 50th Navy Day in 2015 and 2017 respectively.
