I am a dedicated retail lawyer, with experience of working with large national brands.Experienced in commercial and residential property work, I act for a broad range of developers, landlords and tenants and have the benefit of being able to look at matters from both sides. My experience has particular emphasis on shopping centre and leisure schemes, as well as acquisitions, disposals, funding, lease renewals, re-gears, asset management and corporate support. Having spent over six months on secondment as the sole property in-house counsel of a large national telecommunications company, I do my very best to develop and apply the understanding, pragmatism and commercialism I gained before, during and subsequent to that experience.
