I currently work as a highly experienced, dedicated and flexible shift Production Operator for Northumbrian Water at Howdon STW. I have been in my current role for over ten years which involves working as a team as well as lone working. I’m capable of supervising and leading the team in tasks to ensure work is completed in a timely manner with health, safety and compliance being paramount.Use of my knowledge of site processes and the Scada system I am able to identify issues, to which I initiate solutions to maintain business needs to increase productivity. I am a hard working, punctual, conscientious, self- motivated,a flexible individual whilst communicating with internal and external customers via email and telephone.
