I am an experienced Service Delivery Manager within the IT Managed Services industry having spent five years in a SDM role with a major south coast (UK) MSP. I have spent the past 15 months on a fixed term contract with a manufacturing business (part of a FTSE 100 group) as a manager of the IT Support team.
