I have worked in Retail / Customer Service roles since I left school at 17, this has given me a wealth of experience working with others & on my own to achieve specific goals & targets. All that experience has led me to my current role as a Showroom Trading Manager for a B&Q Warehouse. I take a tremendous amount of pride in my work & will strive to make others around me achieve their goals. I’m continually developing myself to be the best I can be both for myself, my family & my colleagues. My current role involves many different aspects of management including individual reviews & development of my team, working to set KPI’s such as staff costs, profitability, stock loss with the main focus on sales. At times I am responsible for the running of the store which can involve ensuring a workforce of over 30 people are fully aware of their roles & responsibilities.
