I lead the regional HR team for Western Europe the Middle East & South Africa across Syneos Health's operations in the region.During a 16 year career with Caterpillar Inc I had regional responsibility for labour & employee relations in EMEA, and was HR Manager for Caterpillar's Building Construction Products Division in the UK and India where employee engagement, labour relations and talent management were critical areas of responsibility. Before joining Caterpillar I was an HR Manager in the European steel industry.
