I’m a budding full-stack web developer and former structural engineer who graduated from Imperial College London. After also being an English teacher abroad and a translator, I discovered web development and found it to be a good fit for me.At the end of 2016 I began the original curriculum at freeCodeCamp. This gave me a solid foundation in web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Redux, D3, Node, Express, MongoDB, Mongoose, Bootstrap, jQuery, EJS, Pug, Sass, Passport, Socket.IO, Gulp, Browserify, webpack, npm and Git version control. After this I completed a lot of algorithms on CodeSignal and began taking various courses on Udemy that covered additional topics such as React Native, ES6, Redis, Travis CI, Mocha, Jest, Puppeteer, GraphQL and Electron. Since then, I have completed the all-new freeCodeCamp curriculum, delved into Laravel, PHP and Vue through test-driven development (TDD) and explored WordPress and Gatsby.My education and experience so far has enabled me to write full stack web applications. I enjoy the process of this, programming in general and I am also excited to learn new web technologies.
