● Receive and record Less than Container Load bookings for the Asia shipping lane● Use logistical nous to achieve maximum utilization of vessel space● Handle export customer enquiries efficiently and politely – including schedules and service details● Maintain relationships with key exporters in order to generate bookings and maximise profit● Maintain on carriage / pacific island tariff and communication with agents● Accurately and timely preparation of reports ● Work with other internal teams to ensure that customers are invoiced correctly and promptly● Liaise with Equipment Control regarding container requirements – in order to provide accurate forecasts
