Gearing can be structured up to a maximum of 70% GDV dependent upon the scheme. Pricing is negotiated subject to the individual transaction and can either be fixed rate for the term or 3 month libor. In addition we can consider support to site acquisitions to both amend or obtain a planning consent for a residential development.
