With over 35 years of business management and entrepreneurial experience, I have cultivated a robust background in program management, change management, IT transformation, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation and verification for large-scale government and commercial programs in the aerospace and defense industries. I am deeply passionate about teaching, mentoring, and continuous learning. For over 15 years, I have been a Professor at National University, where I have developed and taught courses on marketing, operations, program, process, and project management, with a particular emphasis on EVMS and technology product and service portfolio management. I hold an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and am constantly exploring how modern technologies and AI, combined with disciplined processes and procedures, can enhance the strategic and operational effectiveness of businesses and organizations.
