Contract role to produce Process Maps for all prepayment processes to be used for developing a SMETS2 prepayment offering, as well as using my experience to help with business decision making

Using my knowledge of SMETS2 PAYG meters, this role was to enable a transformation from SMETS1 to SMETS2 Prepayment installations, while undergoing a CRM migration. The work involved engagement 3rd parties such as Utiligroup, Aclara and Paypoint, to align the vision for a successful program. Followed by two Pilots with the achievement of customers being kept on supply, culminating with a "go" decision to move to SMETS2 only installs
