I am currently responsible for the sales and servicing of Safariland products to regional distributors, federal, and military end end user accounts. I partner with cross functional teams to drive assigned projects to their successful conclusion as measured by OGSM metrics to include channels, pricing and bid operations, customer service, and marketing. I am also responsible for the training of distributor personnel to facilitate the sales and servicing of Safariland products to end users. I also develop and implement strategic plans for tier 1 accounts, establish and develop relationships within the federal and military market, to facilitate a multi-faceted government distribution network.

Central/South America & Caribbean

Manage assigned Territory through training, demos and technical expertise on all Safariland products, through internal personnel and Distribution as an extension to our external end users. I determine territory sales potential, and develop territory sales plans to achieve assigned goals of all accountable brands on an annual basis. Special emphasis is required to achieve a balanced effort for all assigned categories annually.
