As a leadership coach, I’m committed to working with clients to deepen their awareness of identity and purpose and to facilitate the development of the skills needed to meet the demands of leadership in the modern-day business world. I have also completed (2017) a Post Graduate Certificate in Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching - enhancing my ability to work psychologically as a coach at a deeper level of awareness of human behaviour and organisational systems.Industrial Career- I have over 30 years professional experience within the pharmaceutical industry with extensive experience of the leadership of people at a departmental/divisional level and have lead significant technology change projects with large multi-functional teams globally. My own leadership transitions from leading self, leading through others, and leading teams of leaders in a complex environment, provide a significant resource from which to understand the commercial and personal pressures that clients are under and provide context for more meaningful coaching conversations.

In this role, I was leading a fundamental change in the way pharmaceutical drugs are manufactured resulting in a more secure and cost effective supply chain with improved access to medicines. These catalysts are being used to deliver shorter, greener and more cost effective syntheses of Pharmaceutical API'sFrom 2012 to 2014 I co-led CHEM21 with Professor Nick Turner (Manchester University), an IMI (Innovative Medicines Initiative) funded (26 million Euro) consortium of European academics, SME and large Pharma with the objective of researching and developing new sustainable manufacturing processes for 21st Century (http://www.chem21.eu/) using novel chemo and bio-catalytic methodologies in batch or in flow chemistry.
