My rapport building skills allow the development of strong professional relationships with clients and suppliers enabling long-lasting alliances.My previous positions, before working with FAQ Interactive, included working as Director of Operations and Client Services for the Asia Pacific Region at Premiere Global Services, where I was responsible for the Operations and Technical Support teams looking after all production and client-facing infrastructure, SaaS systems and Client Support. Earlier, as Client Support Manager at Xpedite Systems, I led the Professional Services, Technical and Client Support teams in providing development services and client support. Outside of the professional arena, I enjoy the Australian outdoor life, am an active volunteer Lifesaver at Wanda Surf Life Saving Club, am an enthusiastic photographer and a devoted family man.
