I have a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Accounting from the University of South Africa, and I am currently a National Data Integrity and Key Account Manager at Gap Draught, a leading provider of draught beer solutions. My core competencies include business intelligence (BI), communication, and stakeholder management.In my current role, I oversee the data integrity and key account management of a network of IoT devices that monitor and optimize the quality and consumption of draught beer. I work with a team of field technicians and office staff, as well as external suppliers, to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of the hardware and software. I also create and implement operational processes, and source and assist in the development of new IoT hardware. I am passionate about delivering innovative and data-driven solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and I enjoy collaborating with diverse and talented people who share the same vision.
