My responsibilities include the on and off set time management of cast. Supporting the First and Second ADs on the set or location, directing extras or vehicles appearing in the background of the shot, especially in large crowd scenes. Conveying messages and relaying information to cast or crew on the set or location, usually by radio link. As a Casting Coordinator I have been responsible for hiring extras in the hundreds in Television Drama and US Feature Films and ensuring they work to the best of their ability.

I am responsible for the booking of talent for briefs provided by Crowd 2nd and 3rd ADs within the film and tv industry. I will be providing training for the talent in the best way that they can be preparing themselves for working on set and also providing workshops that will make Guys and Dolls artistes stand out from the rest in the industry. I am also head of marketing within the agency looking after Social Media and reaching out to future clients to present our excellent service.

1. Monthly meetings with each of the Head of Departments to discuss the pastoral care & the development of those in their department that are pastorally gifted.2. The administration and distribution of the discipleship life group notes and questions.3. Cultivating potential new Discipleship Life group leaders to lead in our community by partnering them with leaders that are seeing growth and transformation in their lives and the lives of their spiritual family.4. The administration and communication to the Discipleship Life leaders about our discipleship gatherings run every 6-8 weeks on a Tuesday evening at The Rock. Communicating resources and essential information regarding the preparation for the evening.5. Monthly to 6 weekly catch ups with each Discipleship Life leader to engage with any spiritual or physical support they may need to fulfil the role they have in facilitating their group.6. The oversight of “Arohanui”, the pastoral framework of The Rock, and supporting 9 pastoral care coordinators to facilitate pastoral support in The Rock community & also our members local community.7. Quarterly meetings with all the Pastoral Care Coordinators to implement new processes and share our experiences to better the Arohanui ministry.8. The support and contribution to the connection process and full integration of new people in to The Rock with monthly catch ups with the new people connector coordinator and Rock Flockwatch administrator.9. Attend a weekly 5 fold ministry meeting to implement the direction that God is taking us as a community and to seek Him on the appropriate time to release the word in season to our Rock community.

My responsibilities included the on set direction and management of extras so that they were aware of what acting was required of them and how to best create the environment that the director was looking for. I was also responsible for the registration and chaperoning of extras when they were required for shoot days.
