For several years I have been focusing on the process of translating to digital for IBM Planning Analytics (TM1). To this end I have been implementing a wide selection of proof of concepts using artificial intelligence to transform our customers journey through the different stages of Discover, Learn, Try, Buy, Use & Expand.To apply this, I have been using some of the IBM Watson products, including Watson Assistant, Discovery, Speech to Text, etc. I have also been implementing POCs using several open source neural net engines such as Tesseract and a wide selection of UIs from web to messaging apis, such as Slack.Before this I led the developer team for the Adaptive Application Framework (built to align with Cognos Analytics) both at IBM and Cognos. In this role I was responsible for resources in different continents and time zones using the Agile development methodology and Scrum. This application was aimed at small to medium size enterprises who desired to implement Cognos products. This enabled these organisations to built a framework with Comprehensive Analytics out of the box, enabled them to access fact based decision at the point of business impact and self-serve insight for users across the organization with lower total cost of ownership.Throughout all of these roles I have been focused on achieving clear goals and attaining specific achievements by becoming collaborative, communicative and committed, with teams who were focused on engaging in all aspects of the solution.
