Working as an RGP Consultant onsite with Unilever as the Change Analyst on a Global Business Transformation Program: Unilever has identified a number of strategic business improvements to increase efficiency across their business.I joined the Business Transformation Program midway through, working as a Change Analyst across all 5 pillars of the program. All projects within the program are being delivered via Agile and some via a hybrid Waterfall/Agile methodology.The Change Management methodology utilised is an internal Unilever global methodology based on Prosci, the governance of which is centralised through Unilever Europe. Projects that I was responsible for as the change analyst include: Out of Home (OOH): New Distribution Management system and CRM Tool.Promotion: New Promotional Tool within ANZ business.Working with external vendors and internal offshore Unilever technical teams.Updating the CIAs on all projects, including the taxonomy. Additional functionality of over 30 user stories on one project alone on a subsequent release. Also capturing Change Requests (CRs) on all projects.Adoption Tracking.Benefits and realisation.Extensive Training plans: Including Train the Trainer and subsequent end user Training rollout (both internal and external).Managing the Training plan.Managing the Communications Plan.Putting together a communications strategy, including presentations, videos, and reference guides.Stakeholder Analysis (both internal and external).Business Readiness including business planning, surveys and checklists.

The BT AMEA organisation is based in 19 countries across AMEA with 3500+ BT employees and approximately 25,000 indirect employees. Working in BT's HR team assisting a number of internal departments including IT, Finance, Sales, and Executive, across South East Asia.Worked as a change analyst on their large relocation project. BT moved their offices in Singapore to be closer to the airport. They also moved from fixed desks to floating desks in the new office. Gathered requirements, worked with stakeholders, analysed risks, impact assessments, stakeholder analysis as well as on the change and communication strategy.

Helped establish and then supported a new PMO for BT that was responsible to implement the IT infrastructure for a newly built hospital based in Perth. Worked with the Project Director and senior stakeholders for BT globally to establish the initial 50+ person project team.
