The prototype was ultimately replaced by robust, proprietary software platform. However, the success of the prototype enabled MTI to obtain professional relationship management (PRM) contracts with more than 20 brands at leading pharmaceutical companies. That, in turn, led to several years of rapid revenue growth – from $2m to $25m.Established and managed communication between the development and operation teams.
