The prototype was ultimately replaced by robust, proprietary software platform. However, the success of the prototype enabled MTI to obtain professional relationship management (PRM) contracts with more than 20 brands at leading pharmaceutical companies. That, in turn, led to several years of rapid revenue growth – from $2m to $25m.Established and managed communication between the development and operation teams. Developed business & technical requirements using understanding, coming from 20+ years of programming across various platforms.Production Operations TeamOnce established, the next challenge was the day-to-day operation of the system to cope with an average of 10-15 multi-million dollar projects annually. To achieve that:• Established/documented operational procedures to ensure rapid implementation.
